Shady’s Burger Joint is opening next week in Richardson just a few doors down from one of our favorite hidden ice creameries, Sweet Firefly, which is located on Custer. The new restaurant will feature hand-formed certified angus beef patties on an eclectic menu of unique, locally crafted specialty burgers and sandwiches made fresh to order. Shady’s General Manager, Chris Harrelson, hopes the burger joint will become a gathering place for the neighborhood and beyond. Continue reading
