We had heard that Justin Holt was making a move from Driftwood back to his old stomping ground in Bishop Arts, Lucia. Today we received word that this was indeed a fact. Check out the message below. We can’t seem to get enough of this talented chef. Definitely on the “chef to watch” list.
We’re pleased to announce that Mike Gibson and Justin Holt will become Co-Sous Chefs at Lucia starting this month. Mike has been with Lucia almost two years. In addition to being adept at making pasta and breaking down pigs, he’s also a talented woodworker who recently made a cherry and red oak butcher block for the kitchen. Justin returns to Lucia after a hiatus and we’re delighted to welcome him back. His creativity, sense of humor and—let’s face it, his ramen—were missed.
