We had heard that Justin Holt was making a move from Driftwood back to his old stomping ground in Bishop Arts, Lucia. Today we received word that this was indeed a fact. Check out the message below. We can’t seem to get enough of this talented chef. Definitely on the “chef to watch” list. Â Â
We’re pleased to announce that Mike Gibson and Justin Holt will become Co-Sous Chefs at Lucia starting this month. Mike has been with Lucia almost two years. In addition to being adept at making pasta and breaking down pigs, he’s also a talented woodworker who recently made a cherry and red oak butcher block for the kitchen. Justin returns to Lucia after a hiatus and we’re delighted to welcome him back. His creativity, sense of humor and—let’s face it, his ramen—were missed.
