Pints & Quarts Set To Open Mid April

burgerby Steven Doyle

I reached out to Brooke Humphries (owner of Mudsmith, Barcadia, and It’ll Do) about her new burger resto, Pints & Quarts that will be located on the southwest corner of Ross and Greenville Avnue. This is a tiny building that formerly hosted a small tire shop.

If you drive by the corner you can see that construction has begun on the building, and Humphries is looking at mid April to open this burger stop that will have a “vintage gas station vibe”. Humphries said, “it will be as period correct as we can get it. You know I love that.”  Look for solid fast casual burgers, flat top dogs with a good all-in price point below $10.

In addition to burgers and dogs, Pints & Quarts will feature a big patio, a bar with local local taps, and daily home made custard flavors. Humphries went on to say, “it’s a great corner with high traffic, and should be killer if we align all the stars properly, but it’s definitely “get to work” time.
