The Deep Ellum location for Cowboy Chow will close after this weekend and soon replaced by BuzzBrews which will open in July. You will still be able to chow on Chow, but will need to travel to Roanoke for those Build-Your-Own Braised Short Rib Tacos or that Mashed Tater Parfait.
