As part of our incredible week we had an opportunity to dine with chef David Anthony Temple (DAT) at his latest underground dinner. Last evening DAT featured freshly flown in seafood from Hawaii and it was so beautiful we decided to break out into song.
Notice DAT had dessert assistance by none other than Dude, Sweet Chocolate Katherine Clapner.
