North Texas is fast becoming interested in cheese, and we have Paula Lambert of the Mozzarella Company to thank for the movement. Now you can meet the inspiring cheese makers and taste their award winning products at Celebration October 27 from 5:00 to 6:30PM.
There you will see Paula Lambert (Mozzarella Co.), Rebeccah Durkin (Brazos Valley), Amelia Sweethardt (Pure Luck), Edgar Diaz (Three Happy Cows), Dave Eagle (Eagle Mountain), and Dr. Anne C. Jones (Latte Da Dairy). No cheese is complete without a wonderful bread so included in the line up is Meaders Ozarow from Empire Bakery.
