Grady Spears at Line Camp Steakhouse

Chef Grady Spears announced he was taking reservations at  restaurant Line Camp Steakhouse located 2 miles south of Granbury in Tolar, Texas. The website says he took inspiration from the steak competition in Hico, Texas (often featured on Food Network) and was serving real Texas food, chuck wagon cooking, and southern-style comfort.
