Tim Love’s Woodshed Opens A Day Early — Today!

The wrangling chef  Tim Love opens his latest incarnation The Woodshed Smokehouse tomorrow  today! You probably know Love from such luminaries as his Lonesome Dove Western  Bistro  and his crazy good burger joint Love Shack. Love has the uncanny ability to make any meat taste pretty swell, including rattlesnake and kangaroo.    

The Woodshed is more about the smoke, and has a wide range of meats on fire staying true to Love’s Texas style. There are plenty of fun things to sample on the menu that we will want to try tomorrow when they open their doors. How good does a Bourbon and Coke Pork Bahn Mi sound? The chef also offers up what we hope to be fantastic, Ramen Noodles with Meat Juices, Chiles and a Quail Egg.

There is also a menu item that offers up the Animal of the Day. Fear not vegetarians, there are plenty of souped up veggie selections.  Watch Love beat the tarnation out of Chef Masaharu Morimoto in the Iron Chef America Chile Battle.
