Pasta la Vista Opens In Southlake, Baby. Free Tonight

by Steven Doyle

It’s kind of fast foodie, and it’s not.  Think of Pasta la Vista as a chicky Italian Which Wich. I say this only because you fill out a card that gives you combinations, which for some is really cool.  Well, cool if you have never worked in a restaurant.  But for those that have it may seem like you are doing all of the work.  Why not let us in the kitchen and make our own sauce, too?

Anyway, the Texas outpost of Pasta La Vista opens tonight and you are invited to stop in for a gratis tasting. Find Pasta la Vista at 2140 E. Southlake Blvd in the city that crazy city that never sleeps.

This is a BYOB event that starts up at 6pm and goes on until 10pm with a DJ doing his thing until 2am.  Check the place out and come back with your report.  We’re listening.

one of the hottest new spot to eat tasty and inexpensive pasta, my favorite was the Chicken with Radiatore pasta and Tarragon white wine cream sauce, although the Chipotle Balsamic sauce was so unique and different, definitely a great place to hang on regular bases for lunch or diner. Keep on the good job.

The comments above sound like they were written by two frenchmen desparate to convince Texans that they can operate a decent fast food restaurant…What a joke!
