Fearing’s New Fall Menu Includes Fresh Vegetarian Dishes

Dean Fearing is kicking his menu in to Fall gear as he adds a handful of new items to the menu, including two vegetarian dishes that would please anyone. Check out the new menu items at Fearing’s located in the Ritz-Carlton in Uptown Dallas.

The vegetarian dishes include Pan-Fried Vegetable Ramen with Shiitake Mushroom Spring Roll and Cucumber/Thai Basil Relish and a  Moroccan Style Vegetable Couscous with Red Pepper Harissa and Toasted Pistachios.

Mesquite-Grilled Bay of Fundy Salmon with Toasted Ginger Glaze on Pan-Fried Shrimp/Vegetable Ramen, Shiitake Mushroom Spring Roll and Cucumber/Thai Basil Relish  

Smoked Pecan-Crusted Nova Scotia Halibut on Three-Bean/Sweet Corn Succotash with Crispy Pork and Green Tomato/Sage Gravy

Orange Spiced Lamb Chops with Burnt Honey Glaze and Lamb “Kofta” Meatballs on Moroccan Style Vegetable Couscous with Red Pepper Harissa and Toasted Pistachios

  1. I think you just repeated the same dish twice. Still, they are noticing the best trend ever. You leave just clean enough to want dessert. Now, I’m definitely going to have to go. Love the veg trend.
