This week on craveRADIO we will feature chef Anthony Van Camp who will be joining us just after his demo at the Taste of Dallas in Fair Park on Sunday. Van Camp will be telling us about his Anatole experience and the interesting job of converting Nana into SER Steak + Spirits, a steak house.
Also on the show we will have on barman Julian Pagan from the Cedars Social. Pagan has a cool demeanor and a fun flair for the cocktail. It will be interesting to see how he has moved up through the cocktail ranks at one of the most respected bars in the country.
Also our regular guest host Uno Immanivong will talk some smack with Norman Grimm from Kitchen LTO. The two face off this week in the Fork Fight battle in Trinity Groves.
Kenny is back after a restful vacation in Los Angeles, and we are sure he has a few dining tales of his own to relate.
