Dee Lincoln announces Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar will open for dinner on Thursday, September 12th in Uptown, at 2626 Howell Street.   Lunch will begin shortly thereafter on Monday, September 16th.   Lincoln promises an approachable menu with updated steakhouse fare and inventive burger recipes in a comfortable and relaxed setting.

Executive Chef Juliard Ishizuka’s menu includes core starters with a creative approach, 8-10 unique burgers, three cuts of steaks, daily blackboard features of a butchers cut and fresh catch of the day, 100 wines under $100 (which will include a small selection of the best available in Texas), local beer and a craft cocktail program showcasing Texas spirits.

Lincoln explains, “I’m known for a steak and most everyone loves a good burger.  Solid, well-executed ‘basics’ were a big part of my early success; Chef Juliard is taking those basics and creating recipes that are familiar but intriguing and creative as well.  I feel my loyal clientele will come for a steak but it’s important we understand the need to also be approachable and offer a menu for the younger Uptown Dallas diner to enjoy as well.”
