FT33 and Executive Chef and Owner Matt McCallister invite some of the nation’s most heralded chefs into the FT33 kitchen to create unorthodox yet harmonious collaborative menus for a series of guest chef dinners beginning in February 2014. Curated by McCallister, Food & Wine’s “People’s Best New Chef: Southwest” in 2013, the dinner series features culinary visionaries that share his values of honest, seasonally–based cooking with exquisite presentation and thoughtful execution.
