We introduced you to chef Eric Shelton some time back. He is the witty chef at the Music Hall known for his creative and whimsical dishes paired paired with each program appearing at the venue. Shelton is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and has worked as the Executive Chef at the Wyndham Hotel in downtown Dallas, with chef David McMillan at the Nana Grill and Marc Cassel at the Green Room in Deep Ellum. Now you can see one of our favorites on television on January 19, 2014 as he makes his Food Network debut on Cutthroat Kitchen, the program that pits chefs against each other to nab a $25,000 purse and is hosted by Alton Brown.
Shelton is also up for the top toque position at Kitchen LTO in Trinity Groves. Keep your eye on this rising star.
