Chef Anthony Van Camp has taken the reigns as Executive Chef of Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. This is a major promotion for Van Camp who most recently was exec at the Hilton Anatole’s restaurant, SĒR Steak + Spirits.
Executive Chef Anthony Van Camp is one of the country’s finest young chefs, a Dallas-raised food prodigy renowned for his culinary precision and innovative dishes. Mentored by Nana’s legendary Chef Anthony Bombaci while serving as his sous chef, Van Camp mastered the intricacies of operating an internationally acclaimed kitchen at a very young age. Van Camp is well accustomed to this type of precociousness, however — as a kindergartener, he sagely proclaimed that he would grow up to be a “chicken barbecuer.”
