About Meat Fight
Meat Fight, Inc. is a Dallas-based 501c3 non-profit that hosts events benefiting the National MS Society and original programs created by Meat Fight Endurance Labs that buy bikes for people who have MS, fund athletes with MS in the Dallas Marathon, and fund athletes with MS in the 70.3 Ironman in Galveston. Meat Fight began as a small kegger in 2010 in the backyard of James Beard award-winning writer, Alice Laussade. Since then, it has grown into an organization that hosts several meat-themed food events per year, and has an athletic team of over 300 participants that compete in several events each year in Texas and beyond. With the help and support of the Dallas restaurant and beverage community, the non-profit has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to benefit those living with MS.
