Imagine a world where sweets are larger than life. With fantastical desserts and surprises behind every door, Sweet Tooth Hotel brings together work by some of Dallas’s most innovative artists and a curated selection of products and sweets to purchase in The Gift Shoppe. The Sweet Tooth Hotel is a 1,200 sq. ft. experiential art and retail pop up in Dallas, and will be open from May 18 to June 30 in Dallas’s Victory Park.

Concepted by husband and wife, Cole and Jencey Keeton, Sweet Tooth Hotel delivers five sugar-themed rooms based on popular treats. Each room will be thoughtfully and artistically created by Built By Bender, a design and fabrication shop whose roster includes a variety of clients from Legacy Hall and most recently a giant interactive sculpture installed for the City of Plano in their downtown historical district.

We’re creating a never-before-seen experience just for DFW that supports the arts scene here, as well as curating some of our favorite brands in their first Dallas brick-and-mortar retail shop. Victory Park embraced this pop up and is the perfect location as a growing district with so many incredible openings slated for 2018,” Jencey Keeton, Founder.

Tickets for the event are $20, children under 2 admitted free, with the option to buy a special keyholder ticket for $40 which provides a custom-created keychain that unlocks surprises throughout the installation. Check-ins for Sweet Tooth Hotel are on the hour from 10am-7pm. For guests who want a more intimate experience, private events are available at 9 pm daily (by reservation only) for $2,500 which allows for up to 25 guests or can be booked at alternate times by emailing

In addition to the art installation, Sweet Tooth Hotel offers The Gift Shoppe, where guests can shop a curated selection of goods from brands such as Leatherology, Hairstory, Read Between the Lines, Valfré and JOY Macarons. A rotating selection of work from artists Jeremy Biggers, Shamsy Roomiani, Jojo Chuang and Ilse Valfré will also be on display. The Gift Shoppe will be open to the general public and will not require a ticket to shop.
