In honor of Joël Robuchon’s passing, Lark’s Chef Ryan Barnett is dedicating this weekend’s prix fixe menu to the famed chef and restaurateur. This will be a “hard core,” authentic French menu. Robuchon was famed and called chef of the century. His impact on modern dining is immeasurable.

Foie Gras with peach, strawberry, and blueberry, brioche
or
White asparagus poached in buerre blanc, Parmesan, black truffles
Seared Scallops, wilted greens, pomme purée, sage
or
Roast Quail, heirloom carrots, pomme purée, fennel
Lemon tart, toasted almond
or
Chocolate pot de creme, raspberry, toasted honey
