In honor of Joël Robuchon’s passing, Lark’s Chef Ryan Barnett is dedicating this weekend’s prix fixe menu to the famed chef and restaurateur. This will be a “hard core,” authentic French menu. Robuchon was famed and called chef of the century. His impact on modern dining is immeasurable.
