Truluck’s is proud to welcome Brian Perry to their executive team to be the General Manager of their Uptown Dallas location.

For almost 40 years, Perry has been the first face diners see when arriving at many of Dallas’ most established concepts. He started at The Palm in 1985 as a dishwasher and worked his way up the ranks to become General Manager where he worked at the storied restaurant until its Dallas closure in 2003. Perry has a knack for remembering names and facts about people, which makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated upon their visit. After stints at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Nick & Sam’s and Morton’s he has found a home at Truluck’s.
