Nuri Grill, in Dallas’ Koreatown Now Open for Lunch

Nuri Grill, the new Korean steakhouse located in Dallas’ Koreatown is now open for lunch Monday – Sunday, in addition to their current dinner service. The restaurant offers an elevated twist on familiar Korean dishes in a comfortable and high-energy atmosphere. Guests will enjoy a lunch menu with new items ranging from stews to bibimbap to salads.

The concept was created by Wan Kim, originally from Korea and the CEO of Smoothie King. His lifelong passion for food and business led him to create Nuri Grill. Kim tasked Michelin Guide acknowledged Korean chef, Minji Kim and her lead chef and husband, Ben Lee. with developing a menu for Dallas diners to experience their Korean-inspired cuisine. 

Kim says “Nuri Grill offers an inviting space with the added entertaining experience of grills at the center of each table. These lunch dishes are perfect for enjoying in the middle of a work day with co-workers, stopping in to catch up with a friend or on the weekends with the family.” 

The lunch menu, offering casual Asian-inspired dishes using high-quality ingredients, includes soups such as Pork Kimchi Stew – stewed pork, kimchi, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochugaru; Yukgaejang – Korean spicy beef soup, brisket, chili oil; and Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood – tofu, manila clams, shrimp, egg. Other craveable items on the menu include Grilled Galbi Poki Bowl – BBQ short rib, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil; Kimchi Fried Rice – stir fried rice, kimchi, beef, poached egg; Bibimbap with Bulgogi – spinach, shiitake, carrots, steamed rice, fried egg, bulgogi; Pork Belly Poki Bowl – thinly sliced pork belly, soy sauce, sriracha, egg; Steak Noodles – chow mien, black bean broth, green onion. For guests wanting something lighter, Nuri offers Tofu Salad – fried tofu, mixed greens, soy sauce, honey, chili flake and Galbi Salad – BBQ short ribs, ssamjang, honey, romaine, parmesan.

In addition, Nuri features a signature “feast” on the menu with their Filet Mignon Feast which includes filet mignon, marinated galbi, 2 chef choices, house salad, ssam, pickled radish, pickled cilantro, kimchi, truffle salt, ssamjang, jalapeno soy, seafood or beef tofu stew, white rice, and dessert.

Guests can also indulge in one of Nuri’s signature steaks with options ranging from Boneless Prime Short Rib to Hanger Steak to a New York Strip.

Lunch is offered daily, 7 days per week from 11am – 2:30pm.
