Dallas dining destination kicks off series with four-course dinner and cocktail pairings featuring authentic Japanese flavors on April 27
Harper’s is taking guests on a culinary journey with inspiration from around the globe during its quarterly Global Dinner Series.
On Wednesday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m., Harper’s will commence its new dinner series by captivating guests with a Japanese-inspired four-course dinner paired with complementing cocktails. During the dinner, guests will be transported to Japan through the unique flavors of this special prix-fixe menu:
First Course
- Shio Koji Tebasaki – Koji Cured Chicken Wing and House Tare.
Second Course
- Tonkotsu Ramen – Pork Belly, house made toasted barley noodle, mayu, bamboo shoot and narutomaki.
Third Course
- A5 Wagyu Ishiyaki – Yakiniku and fresh wasabi.
Fourth Course
- Mochi Dango
