The breakfast and brunch menu will include offerings artisanally-crafted by Chef Ameer and Chef Yaser Khalaf, a notable Dallas restaurateur and revolutionary force in the restaurant industry. In addition to the brunch menu, guests will also be able to enjoy a plethora of options for every meal.
The brunch menu will be served daily from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. during the week and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. It will include:
- Vegetable Omelet : seasonal vegetables, butter, egg, grated parmesan and micro greens
- Banana Bread French Toast: banana bread covered with kunafa, pistachio, grated coconut, mixed berries and caramel sauce
- Avocado Toast with Poached Egg: sourdough bread, two poached eggs, muhammara, baby arugula, avocado, pistachio, pomegranate seeds, olive oil, saffron labneh sauce
- Greek Cheese Feta Fondue and Lamb Ragu with Sunny Side Up Egg: greek cheese feta fondue, spicy ground lamb, two eggs
About Darna: Darna is a Euro-Mediterranean bazaar and eatery that offers a cross-cultural culinary journey. Some of their signature dishes include Spanish meat boards, European cheeses, French pastries, Italian and Turkish flatbreads, Greek souvlaki, Moroccan spices, and Lebanese mezze.
