Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Brings In Stunning Seasonal Plates

The well-known Rare and Well Done experience at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is now even brighter with three delectable off-the-menu features.

The award-winning steakhouse has added the following seasonal plates that guests will undoubtedly want to savor before they are gone:

  • Turtle Gumbo: Perry’s gluten-free filé gumbo made with Louisiana turtle and the steakhouse’s homemade Polish sausage — all Cajun spiced and thickened with sassafras powder, accompanied by a shot of Fino Sherry to add if desired for the ultimate balance of flavors.
  • Lobster Thermidor: Twin four-ounce chargrilled lobster tails — a total of eight ounces — with sherry wine cream sauce, sweet but lightly salty Gruyère cheese and earthy Crimini mushrooms complemented with haricot verts vegetable mix.
  • White Chocolate Cheesecake: A delicacy served over graham cracker crust with blueberry compote and topped with sour cream icing.
