Although there are several menus available, we chose this evening to check out the Early Evening Dinner Menu which is excellent if you have theater plans, heading to the Mavericks or Stars, or just planning an evening of revelry and want to begin with a fine dining experience that will not only satisfy, but bring a huge smile to the evening.

The Early Evening Menu (you may also order from the regular menu that is quite delicious) has its special options that begins with the Ocean Prime House Salad made up of Romaine, Field Greens, Granny Smith Apples, Goat Cheese, Walnuts and a Sherry Mustard Vinaigrette. It is a marvelous beginning and pairs well with that bottle of Pinot you ordered.
You may wish instead to go with the Butter Poached Lobster Bisque. Always a fine choice.
Then there are more choices. Choose between Teriyaki Salmon with shiitake sticky rice, Blacked Texas Redfish with corn spoonbread, or a Filet Mignon with a gouda potato cake. Check out what we ordered:

We may have splurged a bit and ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese.
And to complete the meal we ordered the included desserts which included a 5-layer carrot cake with a pineapple syrup or the chocolate peanut butter pie. Both excellent and refreshening. A number of specialty cocktails might suit you along with perfectly crafted classic, and a full wine menu is available.
