Celebrate National Lobster Day at III Forks

National Lobster Day is Monday, Sept. 25, and you might not think of celebrated steakhouse III Forks as being the most appropriate choice for the succulent shellfish. You’d be wrong: III Forks offers lobster on its regular menu in four vastly different preparations, each one delectable in its own right.

In the Beginnings section of the menu, you can’t take the Lone Star State out of this lobster dish: Chicken Fried Lobster (pictured) features bites of breaded and fried lobster, tossed in a sundried tomato butter.

Also to start your meal, you can order the Lobster Bisque, a creamy concoction where lobster is the star of the show.

Next, lobster is served as a Crown that can go atop any steak on the menu. Served with drawn butter, the cold-water lobster tail crown is one of the most decadent ways you can order a steak.

If that’s not enough lobster for you, you can also find it on the Sides menu. The lavish Lobster Mac & Cheese is an over-the-top offering that will complement any entrée.
