Chicago’s popular Maple & Ash restaurant experience is making its way to Dallas for six nights only. Dallasites and visitors alike can reserve seats for the opportunity to taste the coveted menu.
From Thursday, October 26 – Tuesday, October 31, Monarch is serving Chef Eric Dreyer’s legendary Maple & Ash “IDGAF” menu for a limited time. Aptly named “I Don’t Give a F*ck,” this tasting menu, known for its bold flavors and daring creations, promises guests an unforgettable dining experience.
The Monarch culinary team will take the reins and surprise guests with an extraordinary Monarch x Maple & Ash culinary creation.
Maple & Ash, located in Chicago and Scottsdale, boasts a menu and wine list crafted by two Michelin-star Chef Danny Grant, the very same chef behind Monarch. Monarch’s Executive Chef Eric Dreyer is leading the culinary team’s execution of the IDGAF menu.
The IDGAF menu changes daily, but an example menu to showcase what guests could enjoy includes Blacked Out Oysters, a Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower, Agnolotti ‘Pillows of Love,’ a meat entrée, a fish entrée, 2-3 vegetables and potato side dishes.
