
Chuck Wagner and his late parents, Lorna and Charlie Sr., opened Caymus Vineyards in 1972, starting with 240 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Caymus remains 100% family-owned and run, as the next generation takes on the responsibility of this farming and winemaking operation. So, it is only appropriate that Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill, North Texas’ most beloved family-owned seafood restaurant, hosts the acclaimed vineyard for an elegant culinary evening on Monday, Feb. 12. This special dinner will be served at 7 p.m. A cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. Seating is very limited for this event, and reservations are required. The five-course meal is $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Visit the Sea Breeze website for reservations.
