HG Sply Co., the popular, award-winning neighborhood restaurant/bar from UNCO Restaurant Group is launching “HG Sply Co. Packaged Goods” on March 11 with pre-orders available now.
The ready-to-eat meal service will offer HG Sply Co.’s well-known healthy bowls as well as a la carte proteins and sides for those meal prepping or wanting to mix and match their bowls.
Consumers will be able to order on the HG Sply Co. Packaged Goods website and have their meals shipped directly to their doorstep. Orders must be placed by each Saturday at 11:59 p.m. Orders will then be shipped that upcoming Wednesday and delivered on Friday by end of day.
Delivery is available in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
HG was created over a decade ago for those who appreciate flavor but maintain an intentional diet, whether that is low-carb, allergy-conscious, gluten-free, vegan or most other dietary models.
UNCO Co-Founder, Elias Pope explains the inspiration for the meal service, “Eating with intent doesn’t need to be complicated, difficult, or wildly expensive. Customers will have eight bowl options such as the Chicken thighs, garlic green beans, mushroom quinoa pilaf and white BBQ bowl; Grilled salmon, cilantro lime brown rice, roasted broccoli, and chile aioli bowl; Ground bison, mushroom quinoa pilaf and garlic green beans; and Grilled chicken breast, honey garlic brussels, cilantro lime brown rice, and chimichurri aioli. Bowls range in price from $9 to $13.50 each.
Items available a la carte in bulk are proteins including chicken thighs, grilled chicken, ground bison and salmon as well as sides including mushroom quinoa pilaf, green beans, cilantro lime brown rice, and brussels sprouts.

The prepared meals are refrigerated, never frozen and are good for up to 7 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer. The meals can easily be heated by popping them in the microwave for a few minutes. The order minimum is eight meals, however, shipping costs reduce as more meals are included.
