Al Biernat’s North Presents An Evening with Quintessa Vineyards

 Al Biernat’s North is excited to present a special evening in collaboration with Quintessa Vineyards on Thursday, March 21st. Guests will have the opportunity to relish a luxurious four-course meal that is perfectly paired with a selection of wines from Quintessa, which includes Illumination, Flowers, and Favia.

The event is scheduled to start with a reception at 6:30 pm, which will be followed by dinner at 7:00 pm hosted by Al Biernat’s North. The attendees will have the opportunity to relish the exquisite flavors of Quintessa wines while enjoying the warm hospitality of Al Biernat’s.

The event will feature a luxurious menu created by Chef Luis, highlighting the best seasonal ingredients that perfectly complement each wine selection. The menu will feature delicious dishes such as:

Reception:

  • To start passed hors d’oeuvres will be paired with a 2022 Illumination Sauvignon Blanc from Napa/Sonoma.

First Course:

  • Pair a Roasted Beet Salad with Coffee-Poached Asian Pears, Goat Cheese Croquette, Cranberry-Shallot Puree, and Parsnip Chips paired with 2022 Flowers Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast.

Second Course:

  • For dinner enjoy Spiced Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna with Saffron Quinoa, Kalamata Olives, Green Onions, Toasted Pine Nuts, Raspberry Chipotle Glaze, and Crispy Shallots. Savor it with a 2019 Favia Cabernet Sauvignon

Third Course:

  • Grilled New York Strip served with sautéed Royal Trumpet Mushrooms, Celery Root Puree, Cabernet Reduction, and Parsnip Chips, paired with 2016 Quintessa from Rutherford, Napa Valley.
