Sheraton Dallas invites you to kick off the season with a BBQ Culinary Class.
On Friday, May 24th, attendees can join an expert culinary class led by the Executive Chef of Sheraton Dallas, Andrew Cardillo, to learn tips, and tricks to crafting the most delectable smoked meats in this one-of-a-kind BBQ class. From mouthwatering brisket to finger-licking ribs, succulent pork, and juicy chicken, the class will uncover amazing recipes and expert techniques for grilling like a pro.
Tickets for the class are $75 per person and can be purchased here. The class will take place from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Demonstration is for one hour with a 1.5 hour reception following which will include beer and wine. This class is perfect for the novice, the enthusiast or the BBQ lover.
Growing up in New England and New York, Chef Cardillo embraced his Italian and Irish lineage, which inspired his love of food. Chef Cardillo boasts an extensive culinary background having worked across the country at different Marriott properties and now as Executive Chef at Sheraton Dallas, the largest hotel in Texas and second largest Sheraton in the world. In his current role, Chef Cardillo leads all aspects of hotel food operations including catering for the hotel’s 230,000 square feet of convention and meeting spaces, in-room dining, and the four food and beverage outlets within Sheraton Dallas.
