Coupes Champagne Bar for Brunch

Coupesthe elegant French champagne bar in the Highland Park area, is now offering a new menu of elevated small plates that perfectly accompany every sip of champagne. In addition, these items will be available during Sunday brunch along with the regular brunch menu.

Although Coupes is primarily a champagne bar, its culinary offerings are thoughtfully crafted to complement the champagne selections, offering dishes that enhance the tasting experience without overshadowing the star of the show—champagne. From the delicate flavors of oysters on the half shell to the rich and comforting grilled cheese, each dish is designed to pair seamlessly with the champagnes.

Guests can enjoy new items including the Potato & Bacon CroquettesPanisses – chickpea flour fritters – a dish with origins in the South of France; Coupes Salad – eggs, lardons, walnuts, shallot vinaigrette; White Bean Dip served with lavash and seasonal vegetables; Shrimp Cocktail with a mezcal cocktail sauce; Salmon Toast with remoulade, pickled onion and cucumber; Quiche du Jour served with side salad; Coupes Burger; and Baked Oysters by the half dozen or dozen.

Coupes also offers the option to add caviar to any plate for $12 or caviar can be ordered separately with selections including Imperial Golden Ostera, Royal White Sturgeon and Wild Paddlefish. All caviar is served with blinis, chips, crème fraîche and chives.

Additionally, Coupes will now feature the small plate menu with their regular brunch menu available during Sunday brunch. Previously, only the select brunch menu was available. Brunch standouts include the Brioche French Toast with lemon curd, berry syrup, and vanilla chantilly; French Omelette with caviar; and Sweet Crêpes.

Coupes is open for drinks and bites Wednesday – Saturday beginning at 4 pm and open for Sunday brunch from 11 am – 2 pm.
