At Sushi | Bar Dallas, diners embark on an intimate 17-course omakase adventure, limited to just 12 guests per seating. The ever-evolving menu features the freshest fish sourced weekly from top markets in Japan, Australia, and California. Bordayo’s culinary philosophy embraces innovation, allowing him to explore the abstract and push the boundaries of sushi.
