
As Thanksgiving approaches, Fairmont Dallas’ Pyramid Restaurant and Bar is proud to announce its exquisite dine-in and takeout Thanksgiving offerings, designed to elevate the holiday experience.
Guests are invited to an extravagant Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet on Thursday, November 28. Seatings are available at 10 AM & 10:30 AM and 1 PM & 1:30 PM. Guests will enjoy the spirit of the season with live music and fun activities for the whole family. Adults are $75/person, and Children 12 and under are $35/person. Curated by Executive Chef Adam Reson, the Thanksgiving brunch menu will highlight Pyramid Restaurant’s upscale, modern Texas cuisine and use only locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy a variety of culinary delights, including:
- Chilled Seafood Tower with a dazzling selection of fresh Gulf shrimp, East Coast Oysters and crab claws
- Soup & Salad Station with vibrant salads and soul-warming soups to start the feast

For those with family gatherings already on the horizon, worry not – Fairmont Dallas is offering customizable, gourmet Thanksgiving To Go packages that will impress your loved ones and take the stress out of planning dinner. Prepared by Executive Chef Adam Reson, bring home the following main courses:
- Small Turkey (14-16 lbs) feeds 4 people. Includes one dessert. ($195)
- Large Turkey (20-25 lbs) feeds 8 people. Includes two desserts ($320)
- Prime Rib includes two desserts. ($450)
These entrées include Au Jus; Mix Greens Salad, with candied pecans and roasted garlic vinaigrette; Butternut Squash Soup; and dinner rolls.
Guests can choose three sides from the list of classic and nontraditional pairings, including Sweet Potato Puree, Chorizo, Mac & Cheese, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and more. Don’t forget the treats!
