FWFWF Update – Festival Two Weeks Away

The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation (FWFWF) has announced an exciting lineup for the 2025 Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, taking place April 3-6, 2025. Now celebrating its 10th year, the festival will bring together North Texas’ top chefs and dynamic musical performances to create a unique experience. Visit Fort Worth (VFW) is the Official Music Sponsor, and live music will add a special touch to each event.

This year’s culinary lineup features standout participants such as Rodrigo Cárdenas’ Dos Mares, a new seafood concept from the team behind Don Artemio, and Bocca Osteria Romana, where chef Alessandro Salvatore serves up authentic Italian dishes. The Sicilian Butcher, led by Omar Bernal and Landon Labarthe, will offer fresh pasta and house-cured meats, while Mercado Juarez, under Chef Eloy Reyes, will serve its signature mesquite-fired Tex-Mex. At Burgers, Brews + Blues, From Scratch Hospitality’s Walloon’s Restaurant will elevate the classic burger, and at Rise + Dine, Deborah Williamson of James Provisions will offer delicious whole-food-focused dishes for brunch.

The festival’s music lineup promises an unforgettable experience. On Saturday, Burgers, Brews + Blues will feature Michael Lee and the Wartime Limousine, followed by headliner Danny Joseph, whose soulful sound pairs perfectly with the bold flavors. On Sunday, Ring of Fire will feature Max Stalling’s vintage country music, followed by a lively performance from The Great Divide, a top Red Dirt band.

New to the festival this year is Dripping Springs Distillery’s small-batch vodka, crafted with mineral-rich artesian spring water. Dripping Springs Vodka has won a Gold Medal and Vodka Purity Trophy at the International Wine & Spirits Competition, making it one of the best vodkas in the world.

Also joining the festival is Celestina Blok, who will join Lindsey Lawing of Sweet Lucy’s Pies at The Main Event to showcase her new cookbook, Cowtown Comfort. The book features 60 recipes from Fort Worth’s most beloved restaurants, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich culinary history. Attendees can meet Blok, learn about the dishes, and purchase a copy.
