This private, ticketed affair is strictly limited in availability, promising an intimate and elevated experience that reflects Dee Lincoln’s signature touch.
The festivities begin at 1 PM, with a stylish pre-race soiree setting the tone. Guests will mingle in the swanky lounge setting while sipping on classic Derby cocktails and indulging in thoughtfully curated bites. As the day unfolds, anticipation builds toward the live broadcast of the iconic Run for the Roses, expected to air around 6 PM.
Tickets are priced at $150++ per person, and include two premium handcrafted beverages. Guests can select from a Classic Mint Julep or a rich Old Fashioned, both featuring Dee Lincoln’s exclusive Angel’s Envy Private Barrel, and garnished to personal perfection from a selection of custom mix-ins. Not a whiskey lover? No problem—a glass of wine or sparkling bubbles is also included as part of the experience.
No Derby party is complete without an indulgent menu—and Havana Dee’s delivers. Passed hors d’oeuvres will feature Mini Lobster Grilled Cheese, Beef Tenderloin Gorgonzola Bites, Texas Wagyu Kolaches, Shrimp Skewers, Pastalaya, Caprese Skewers, and to sweeten the finish, Bourbon Balls that are as rich as the tradition they represent.
Starting at 4 PM, the full dinner menu and an expanded bar program will be available à la carte for guests wishing to extend their culinary experience even further.
