Chef Omar Flores Brings Coastal Mexican Cuisine to Dallas Design District

Maroma, the newest concept from Big Dill Hospitality, led by award-winning Chef Omar Flores and the Marshi family, is slated to open in the Dallas Design District. Located at 1333 Oak Lawn Avenue at Market Center Boulevard, Maroma sits on the first floor of the brand new Thirteen Thirty Three Building and is expected to open this September.

The menu will focus on coastal Mexican cuisine, inspired by the ceviches, aguachiles, specialty seafood dishes and mesquite grilled meats perfected in the region. Pristine seafood and prime steaks take centerstage with a modern, sophisticated yet simple approach to each plate. Offerings are designed for communal enjoyment, creating a lasting impression.
