JOA Grill proudly announces the return of its highly anticipated soju pairing dinner, Seoul & Soju Night, set for Friday, June 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. This exclusive, one-night-only event invites guests to experience a five-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Ben Lee, thoughtfully designed to showcase the dynamic flavors of Korean BBQ alongside expertly curated soju and beer pairings. Priced at $85 per person, the evening promises a refined and immersive journey through Korea’s bold culinary traditions and elegant spirits.

The evening opens with a bright Yuzu Citrus Salad, paired with a crisp Green Apple Soju that sets a refreshing tone. The second course features a creative fusion of cultures in the form of Korean Gumbo—an inspired dish of spicy kimchi, akaushi sausage, beef, and potatoes—paired with a robust soju that balances heat with depth. The third course, Sea Bream Carpaccio, is elevated by the Soju Sunset, a spirited blend of Countryfolk Beer and Peach Soju, bringing complexity and freshness to the table.

For the fourth course, guests will savor the “Taste of JOA,” a signature platter featuring prime short rib, New York strip, hanger steak, and marinated ribeye. This centerpiece of the evening is complemented by Strawberry Skies, a lively pairing of citrus lager and strawberry soju that enhances the savory richness of the meats. Dessert offers a refined close: a Matcha Mont Blanc paired with Pungjeong Sagye Winter Soju, known for its smooth, aromatic finish.
