
Dive Coastal Cuisine, the tasty Park Cities restaurant known for fresh, clean flavors, is celebrating its 15th anniversary with new July specials and an even deeper commitment to community, sustainability, and seasonal eating.
Founded by chef-owner Franchesca Nor in 2010, Dive has earned its place as a neighborhood staple by staying true to its mission: serving organic, non-GMO, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients in every dish. To honor the milestone, Nor is highlighting signature summer offerings and local partnerships that define Dive’s values.
This month’s specials include White Chicken Pozole with cabbage, cilantro, radish, and lime; the fan-favorite Watermelon Arugula Salad with Greek feta and tajin-toasted pepitas; and the Italian Dream Sandwich layered with burrata, heirloom tomatoes, summer zucchini, arugula, and a balsamic drizzle. Also featured are Shrimp Enchiladas topped with tomatillo sauce, jack cheese, crema, and radish, served with rice and beans.


Guests can also customize their meals with market proteins like NY Strip Steak, Texas Striped Bass, and Norwegian Salmon, alongside seasonal sides such as Reeves Family Farm succotash made with okra, corn, and tomato.
To mark the occasion, Dive is running a special anniversary giveaway. Through the end of July, diners who tag @dive_dallas on Instagram with a photo from their visit will be entered to win a Dive gift card, with winners announced every Wednesday.
Dive is also giving back, supporting HEB Rescue and Mercy Chefs in response to Central Texas flooding. Meanwhile, their DiveDWN collaboration with 4DWN continues to thrive—growing lettuce and herbs in South Dallas Growtainers®, feeding both Dive’s kitchen and the local community. The initiative also hosts cooking classes and food education for families and youth.
