On Thursday, September 18, The Charles will open the doors to its private dining room for a one-night-only experience that brings the heart of Tuscany to Dallas. In celebration of Tenuta Guado al Tasso, the acclaimed Bolgheri estate of the illustrious Antinori family, one of Italy’s most esteemed wine making families, guests are invited to immerse themselves in an evening of fine wine, exquisite cuisine, and storied tradition.
Presented by Antinori’s distinguished global brand ambassador, Francesco Visani, the evening will feature a vertical tasting of Guado al Tasso, one of the estate’s most celebrated wines, as well as the opportunity to savor Matarocchio, Guado al Tasso’s rare and highly sought-after 100% Cabernet Franc bottling. This exclusive tasting offers attendees the chance to experience some of Italy’s best vintages.
Priced at $350 per guest, the evening will also feature a five-course menu from The Charles’ culinary team, crafted to highlight the artistry of the kitchen while harmonizing the distinctive character of each pour. Every detail has been designed to reflect the elegance and refinement of both the Antinori legacy and The Charles’ dedication to extraordinary dining.
