
The Mont at 3729 Saint Amand Circle unveils its fall menu, featuring seasonal small plates, seafood, and entrees, alongside its first dedicated bar and patio menu.
Owner Jeff Payne says, “Our fall menu and new bar and patio offerings give guests new ways to connect—whether over a seasonal dish in the dining room or shareable bites and cocktails on the patio.”
Menu highlights include Beet Cured Salmon, Gulf Fish Ceviche, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Royal Red Shrimp Risotto, The Cluck Fried Half Chicken, Black Grouper, Venison Schnitzel, and 24-hour Braised Wagyu Short Rib. Desserts feature Buttermilk Tarte, Chocolate One, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Doughnuts.
The bar and patio menu focuses on shareable dishes: Deviled Eggs, Oysters on the Half Shell, Wagyu Burger, Grilled Shrimp Skewers, Beef Satay, and Irodori Wagyu Beef.


Managing partner Jason Cross adds, “We’re elevating familiar flavors with seasonal sourcing, offering a more casual, shareable side of The Mont while maintaining our signature craftsmanship.”
