New Seasonal “Duro Experience” at The Charles & Elegante Experience at El Carlos Elegante for Hispanic Heritage Month 

Duro Hospitality has introduced two seasonal dining experiences: an updated Duro Experience at The Charles and a refreshed Elegante Experience at El Carlos Elegante in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The Charles: The Duro Experience
Designed for two, the multi-course Duro Experience showcases seasonal Italian-inspired dishes. Highlights include Summer Salad with burrata and jalapeño pesto, Grilled Skull Island Prawns with red pepper bisque, Lobster Ventaglio with butter-poached lobster and herb ricotta pasta, and Akaushi Hanger Steak with parmesan mashed potatoes and spicy drawn butter sauce. The experience ends with Duro Tiramisu featuring cardamom-orange mascarpone and salted pistachio crumble. Guests also enjoy supplemental courses of Beef Tartare and Mushroom with Okra.

El Carlos Elegante: Flavors of Heritage
For Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15–Oct. 15), El Carlos presents the Flavors of Heritage: Elegante Experience. The menu features Chicken Croqueta with pasilla salsa, Grilled A5 Beef with cherry-chile salsita, squash blossom Tamales, Machete Campechano with short rib and pork belly, and a Wood-Fired Whole Red Snapper with salsa Veracruz.
Enhancing the meal is an optional Mexican wine pairing ($55) from Dominio De Las Abejas, a boutique organic winery in Baja California. Wines include Naranja (skin-contact blend), Saignée (Nebbiolo rosé), and Nectar de Campo (Grenache/Nero d’Avola blend). El Carlos also spotlights Nosotros Tequila in a curated tasting flight pairing tequila with Manchego, red bell pepper, and white chocolate.
