When Angie’s opens in Plano on November 13 at 701 W. 15th Street, it will bring something rare to town — luxury food at fast-food prices.
Founded by Tony and Roushan Christofellis, Angie’s started in 2022 with Angie’s Lobster, a drive-thru restaurant created in memory of Tony’s late mother, Angela “Angie” Christofellis. Her legacy of love, hard work, and great food inspired a new kind of restaurant — one that makes high-quality meals accessible to everyone.
The concept quickly took off with its $9.99 Maine Lobster Rolls and $4.99 fresh salads made with grilled-to-order, antibiotic-free chicken. In 2023, the team expanded with Angie’s Prime Grill, adding rice bowls, burritos, and salads featuring USDA Prime steak, wild-caught shrimp, and house-made falafel.
Now with 20 locations across Arizona and Las Vegas, Angie’s is ready to make Plano its newest home. The restaurant combines both menus under one roof, with a drive-thru, indoor seating, and hours from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Angie’s keeps prices low by owning every step of its supply chain — from a lobster wharf in Maine to processing and distribution centers in Arizona and even its own trucking fleet. This efficiency makes it possible to serve premium ingredients like organic romaine, extra virgin olive oil dressings, and grilled-to-order proteins for less than a typical fast-food meal.
The menu is simple, fresh, and indulgent: chilled or warm lobster rolls, prime steak burritos, crisp salads, and wild-caught seafood. Even the details — from seed-oil-free vinaigrettes to brioche croutons made daily — reflect a dedication to quality.
