Fort Worth’s Chumley House Introduces a Sunday Roast

The Chumley House, Duro Hospitality’s European-inspired steakhouse with British flair, is expanding its homage to London with the introduction of a Proper Sunday Roast for Two, available exclusively on Sundays.

Rooted in the timeless British tradition of gathering around the table at week’s end, the new Sunday Roast is designed as a shared experience—warm, indulgent, and unhurried. True to The Chumley House’s refined yet welcoming approach, the offering blends classic technique with bold, modern flavor.

The centerpiece of the roast is a 36-hour slow-cooked prime short rib, paired with a Yorkshire pudding meant for sharing. Accompaniments include crispy marble potatoes dressed in caramelized onion and herb butter, served atop seasoned labnehharissa-glazed carrots finished with fresh herbs, and a rich mushroom Madeira gravy.

The Proper Sunday Roast for Two is available every Sunday during dinner service from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. priced at $150 for two people.
