Rare, the long awaited Asian fusion Restaurant and Lounge, has opened in the Shops at Park Lane. While the “official” opening is not for another week or so, you can come by between 11am and 2pm for lunch, and 4pm to 2am for dinner and drinks during their soft opening. Continue reading
