One of Dallas’ most prolific chefs, John Tesar, will be appearing at the Granada Theater this Saturday performing a cooking class that includes a marvelous spread prepared by the Top Chef.
Tesar has been busy appearing on not one but two seasons of Top Chef and numerous other cooking programs, is owner of Knife one pretty fantastic steakhouse in Dallas, soon to open in San Francisco and in Plano. He also has a burger concept about to open in Plano which will most likely kill your desire for any other burger in Dallas. He also recently released his best selling book also called Knife.
