Meddlesome Moth has named Richard Graff the Executive Chef of the New American gastropub located in Dallas’ Design District. Graff most recently held the position of executive sous chef at Gemma which garnered multiple accolades during his tenure from its inception in 2013.
Following culinary school, Graff worked at George Restaurant before moving to Craft at the W Hotel where he advanced from chef de partie to sous chef and ultimately catering chef. Graff accepted the position of chef de cuisine at Cook Hall in 2012. Continue reading
