This new eatery comes from the team behind Evan’s Meat Market and is built around the same attention to detail and Southern flavors that made their first concept a local favorite.
Owner Evan Meagher, originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, created The PoBoy Shop after his po’boy lunch specials at Evan’s Meat Market gained a loyal following. Now, he’s turning that demand into a full restaurant dedicated to the food he grew up with—done his way.
