
In Dallas’ Bishop Arts District, Trades Delicatessen offers a delightful blend of European charm and New York deli classics. Opening February of 2024, this artisanal deli quickly became a neighborhood favorite, thanks to its house-made bagels, gourmet sandwiches, and inviting atmosphere.
Trades Delicatessen is the brainchild of restaurateurs Jason Roberts and Amy Wallace Cowan, the duo behind Oddfellows and the microbrewery Jaquval. Their shared passion for quality food and community led them to transform a historic building into a culinary hub. The deli and brewery share a kitchen and an open wall, allowing patrons to seamlessly enjoy both establishments.
