We just spotted Franchesca Nor of Dive Coastal Cuisine on the Duo class line up. We did a Q&A with chef Franchesca some months ago and absolutely love her fresh take on cooking and life in general.

Francesca Nor rocks. We love frequenting Dive. it’s one of those restaurants that has food that suits the whole family and everything is so fresh. She’s always thrilled to see our kids eating her dishes. The mussels which is also in the cooking class, is an absolute favorite in our household.
