Hilton Anatole’s SĒR is Officially Open

We have followed the SĒR construction and menu development since the closing of iconic Nana just a few short months ago (here and here ). Many were saddened by the closure, but had those same people visited Nana more than once a year as a special ocassion restautrant, it would still be open. Thus the nature of economics.

SĒR is the first of a ration of restaurants premiering in the month of October, and this quick multi-million dollar facelift will soon prove to be one of the new gems sprouting from the restaurant role of 2012.

SĒR inside the Hilton Anatole is now officially open. SĒR is an exciting new breed of Dallas steakhouse. Poised atop the iconic Hilton Anatole and boasting unparalleled views of the Dallas skyline, SĒR offers a sophisticated and urban dining experience unlike any other. You’ll be treated to bold, chef-driven cuisine featuring the finest steaks and chops, market-fresh seafood and provocative dishes, all paired with handcrafted cocktails and an extensive selection of expertly selected wines.

Warm cognac and whiskey leathers, locally sourced end-grain mesquite walls and community tables, rich mesquite floors and solid walnut tabletops create a masculine, yet hip and urban feel. A chef’s table and wine display is a special feature among this intimate destination adjacent to the exhibition kitchen.

Why don’t restaurants list prices on their menus?
Like to know what a 16 oz. strip is.
    That is my benchmark……
